National Forest Llama Treks
We offer guided walks and tours of beautiful areas within the National Forest and Peak District for families, groups and individuals. Our llamas are trained to carry packs which contain picnic lunches, tables and chairs and educational materials. The day will begin with an introduction to the llamas, where you will be given an opportunity to feed and groom the llamas. The walks will be approximately 5 miles on gentle terrain, with a picnic stop half way. As we walk, we will talk about the local history, flora and fauna of the area and trek site. Storytelling and creative workshops can also be included. We offer full and half day treks, champagne treks (ideal anniversay presents), birthday parties and overnight camping experiences.
