By Road
From A38 take Barton/Walton junction for Walton on Trent. Leave Walton on the Coton Road and continue approx 3 miles to Coton in the Elms. From A444 & M42 take A444 towards Burton on Trent. At Robin Hood pub in Overseal take left turn into Lullington Road follow signs for Coton and Lullington. Continue into Coton and turn left at Queens Head pub, Manor Farm looks down Village Green, telephone kiosk outside. Nearest train stations Burton-on-Trent and Tamworth.
