50 Mill Street
Welcome to our cosy country cottage with beams and woodburner in the quiet village of Coton-in-the-Elms. We have a real ale pub, restaurant, shop, church, park, numerous walks and activities of the National Forest area.
Enter through the glazed porch to a modern well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and much more. The separate dining room has a cd player and radio. The lounge has a tv, dvd player and a lovely wood stove (we don’t charge for your logs!). Downstairs loo.
Upstairs three comfortable bedrooms; a large double (5’), a double and the third bedroom has two singles. There are tv’s and books and games. The family bathroom has a large bath and shower.
There is central heating and lots of insulation so you will be warm even in the coldest weather! The solar panels make us very fuel efficient.
The large garden with fields behind is great for children, sun and barbeques.
Parking is at the rear, off the road. We have plenty of space for you.
Nearby we have Rosliston Forestry Centre, The National Memorial Arboretum, Conkers and Barton Marina. Many of our guests come to spend a day at Drayton Manor Park and Thomasland.
